Why Baklava Bihoub?

Dernière mise à jour : 15 avr. 2019

For sure, you're asking yourself why we gave this title to our blog. And for sure, you're also thinking that it doesn't match with our topic. Where can this title bring our readers?

We will explain it really fast.

Certainly you have already heard of this wonderful and tasty pastry, coming from the Arabian and Balkan countries, the BAKLAVA. And maybe you have already tried it (and if not, you should!). It's a typical dessert that can be eaten in many countries of the Middle East but not only: walking in the Greek and Croatian streets, jumping from corner to corner of the Balcanic cities, it's common to smell the incredible aroma of cinnamon, sugar and toasted nuts that makes this pastry something magical. The astonishing thing is that the Baklava is at the same time something really unique as a connection between a large range of different cultures.

So, as the place where we want to bring you throught the sharing of our travelling experiences is a magical bubble where the difference has the role to connect our readers, we thought that associating the Baklava with a melodious Arabic word that means "with love", we could attract the curiousity of who wants to travel with us and let his/her own mark...
